About my self



ABOUT MY SELF:
My name is Sonam Gyurme Tamang. I am a buddhist monk belonging to Tamang Buddhist Community. I stand 5’5” tall and weigh 70 k.g.
MY PROFFESSION
I am a Buddhist Monk as well as a Meditator and a Philosopher. I teach Philosophy and Meditation.
MY INTERPERSONAL STYLE
By nature I am quite, Selfconfident, Honest, Friendly, Creative, and Religious & Optimistic.
MY BELIEFES:
I have faith on my experience, wisdom, confidence, Lifestyle, Religion, Philosophy, Meditation, Culture, Socialization, and Modern Science and Law of Nature. I do not believe in Terrorism, Rigidness and Prejudices.

MY INTERESTS:
My interests are in Meditation, Philosophy, Science, Travelling, InfoTech, History, Socializing, Humanity, and Media, Book Editing, Writing and so on.
MY HOBBIES:
Knowing mysterious reality of creature and creation, Researching existence of everything; making relationship with decent and appropriate individuals and Organizations; Sharing Knowledge and experiences; Traveling, Helping people financially, Physically, Spiritually and Shopping latest materials regarding IT.
MY HABITES
Reading books, Using Computers, Having a bath daily with hot water, talking seriously, Working hard, Sleeping six hours per night, sometimes joking, Teasing, Enjoying with fans.

MAIN REASONS BEHIND CHOOSING THIS PARTICULAR FIELD OF RELIGION & MEDITATION as well as BECOMING A MONK:
The main reasons are to attain all temporal & ultimate goals of life. These philosophies are the art of living and most virtuous and perfect education of all subjects and universe. Through this middle path of living (non-most-materials
& non-most-spirituals living methods) every one can obtain their materials or spirituals happiness, facilities and goals through its usage. The another reason of becoming a monk is because of a lots of excellent associations among Opportunities and freedom and it’s very easy to practice or follow the middle path to achieve any goals of life.
MY EXPERIANCES ABOUT THE MIDDLE PATH (PHILOSOPHIESE)
I proudly say that, these ARTS & WISDOMS can truly support the Societies, Nations & Universe in each and every way and all directions. These ARTS can play many roles in our life, example “MEDECINE FOR PATIENT etc”.
It can effectively manage all discriminations between Gender, Castes, Societies, Nations, Customs, Cultures, Traditions, and Religions and bond the Universe into one SUTRA of RIGHT LIVING CONDUCT, RIGHT VIEW, RIGHT WISDOM as well as renouncing all sufferings, worries, fears, misconceptions, ignorance and unnecessary conservative thinking and create an environment of brotherhood, peace, compassion, independence, happiness, defense, dedication, cooperation and Understanding.

MY EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY:
It took long years of hard work and discipline to complete the Master Degree in Philosophy & meditation. I started my educational journey at the age of 3 from my home place. I completed up to class two there. Afterwards since I was associated with ‘BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY & MEDITATIONS ‘I chose this Monk life at the age of 6.
I arrived in Kathmandu with my grandma in 1989. And became a monk at Sri Lokeswara Dhyanagar Monastery in order of H.E. Dinchhen Rinpochhe.
The Rinpochhe was a one of the popular & powerful masters of Buddhism in Nepal and India who had overall eight monastic schools; Two in Kathmandu and the rest in India.
I had my Primary Education from Dinchhen Serab Chhoeling Monastic School, Mungpoo, Darjeeling, India, within 1989-1997.
Under the supervision of Rinpochhe I was trained in ordinary and extra ordinary preliminary meditations as well as Buddhist ritual arts, services and ceremonies. In the spare time and during vacation I attended many different classes regarding Dharma dances, Meditative music, Yoga, Treatment method of sacred Mantra etc.
I had many opportunities to attend seminars, conferences, rituals, services & so on. I also was benefited with sacred Initiation or empowerment from Kaying Sedrub Ling Monastic University (D. Rinpochhe’s learning monastic university) through Chhoki Nima Rinpochhe and Chhokling Rinpochhe (Rinpochhe’s main Gurus).
I completed my of M.A., B.A., H.S.(in Meditation and Philosophy) From Nyingma Institute Taktse (The Higher Buddhist Studies & Research Center ) Gangtok, Sikkim, India. on February 1998 - 23rd Nov. 2007.
ABOUT MY MEDITATIVE BACKGROUND:

MY PREVIOUSE TEACHINGS, MEDITATION & OTHER ACTIVITIES BACKGROUND:
(1) Constructor Post at Ngagyur Nyingma Institute (same institute) from 2005 to 2006 for class xı & xıı,
(2) Head Master for one year in Taktse Nunnery Monastic School in 2007 (continuing my own studies too),
(3) 2003-2009 two months during every winter season (in my vacant time) Meditation , preaching classes and other aspects at Lokeswara Dhyanagara Monastery in Kathmandu, Nepal and other Schools, Organizations.
(4) 2003-2009 occasional Meditations and preaching classes of Bipashana and Tantra at Sikkim and Darjeeling in India.
(5) Interpretation and Translations Tibetan to English, Nepali etc. in many Seminars and religious conferences a

ABOUT MY WORK STYLE:
(1) Before starting teachings or meditations I examine the few things : Firstly , Followers and their requirements, ability and intention. Secondly , appropriate place. environment and time for teachings.
Thirdly, arrangement of facilities during teachings and
Finally, acceptable and effective subjects etc.
(2)My systems of teaching are very different and interesting. I mostly follow the techniques; I make the students pay more attention to the subjects with six sences of mind by saying the relevant effective thoughts, stories ,events etc.
(3) I introduce the subject with its starting with brief informative method of practices that through which followers can understand it's objectives and benefits then only I touch the main body
Finally in conclusions I make followers understand with the huge differences between material and spiritual happiness
(4) During the teaching of main subjects in every day at the very beginning I construct the way of effective listening ; The qualities and capacity of mind with effective examples to excite the followers and very short revision of the previous lesson.
(5) System of teaching like making healthy competition among the students, having them participate in the many deferent Meditative Courses ,seminars, quiz competition, trainings, shows etc.
(6) And finally some features like sharing experiences, knowledge, information etc. regarding specific topic , environment and achievements among the Teachers and followers ..
MY FAVOURITE SUBJECTS:
Before calling any subject my favorite, I’d like to make clear that, every subject is special in itself; because it depends on per individual’s interest. because before taking up teaching career I used to think that besides my philosophies there are nothing special,but when I had to teach many subjects like Grammar, History etc. then only I realized the value and significance of all subjects.
However, as I had always been curious to know and explore many unrevealed truth of the world and life Philosophy, three types of Buddhist Meditation, remained closest to my heart.
ABOUT MY CAREER GOALS:
MY SHORT TERM OBJECTIVE:
My immediate goal is to find a decent Place,Organizationl,People and Invironment which is appropriate to my Education, Experience, Skill, Value & Goals. Then I would like to start my teaching, making meditation & Constructing other Subjects of career plans in order to benefit all different Castes, Gender, Class, Community, Society, Culture, Custom, Tradition, Religion, Nation & the Universe.
MY LONG TERM OBJECTIVES
My long term objectives are giving a specific massage of Peace, Art of Living & Wisdom.
Making an environment of peace, happiness, Brotherhood in the society and World through the teachings using various latest effective constructive methods.
And also founding an International Meditation Center and Institute of Higher Buddhist studies & Research Center .
Possibly a Religious TV Chanel as well.
MY FIVE BIGEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
(1) Two books named “PRANIDHAN SANGGRAHA (in Nepali)and “MONLAM TSYOG DUI (Tibetan to Nepali) based on a religious rights, prayers & meditation (in 2003)
(2) NYUNGNE SOLDEB ADIO CD Based on spiritual preaching and Meditative Pray ( in 2004)
(3) DHARMA TOUR & TRAVAL GUIDING AND INSTRUCTING :
Through this guidelines I provide a Spiritual, Moral, Pastoral, Religious preech , advice, support, information , guidance & meditative method to the all visitors during visiting pilgrimages.and also provede a VCDs to those people who are interested in it.
(4) Lecturer and Master at Nyingma Institute Taktse, Sikkim India.
(5) Post of Umje (head of mantra chanter) and Post of Practical Master for all Meditation and religious ritual art , services, ceremonies, skill and practices. 
THE ESSENCE OF MY SUCCESS:
The essence of my success are my skill, experience, education, dedication, honesty,understanding, confidence, blessings of Gurus, co-operation, support and mutual relationships. And I also have those required knowledge of modern IT sector like Multi Media Designing, Graphics Designing etc.
WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU:
I can provide extra faith specific advice, support, service and assistance for you with fruitful and effective way of Meditation and Wisdom. I also can play an immense role for the building of peace, brotherhood, and mutual understanding by refraining from terrorism, misconception etc.
I CAN SPECIALLY INSTRUCT ALL STUDENTS AND TEACHERS THE WAY OF EFFECTIVE & SCIENTIFIC LEARING AND TEACHING WITH MODERN OR ANCIENT LEARNING -TEACHING TECHNIQUES.
